- I share kitchen, bathroom and living room with 3 guys in an apartment, but each of us have our own rooms. The cops came with a warrant for one of my roomies and tossed the whole apartment. They found some pot and some coke and arrested all of us. None of it was mine. I have no record at all. I told the police, but they said we were all guilty of "joint possession" of the drugs because we’re all on the lease. I should take a deal, right?
- The narcs planted a rock of cocaine on me when they arrested my buddy with his stash. The particular cop who did it doesn’t like me because I refused to snitch for him, and he laughed when he said ‘looks like payback time.’ I do have a drug history but I’ve been clean for two years. I know the judge will believe the cops and not me. What can I do?
- I borrowed my friend’s car and got stopped by the police who asked if they could search and I said yes, because I don’t do anything illegal. There was some methamphetamine in the glove compartment, but it wasn’t mine. I told the cops that, but they said to "tell it to the judge". I guess I was "in possession", but I don’t feel like I committed any crime. Should I take the prosecutor’s offer for probation and no jail?
- I use drugs, but I have never sold them. The police arrested me with some heroin and charged me with possession for sale. Is that right?
- I was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana while at a party. When I went to court the judge suspended my license for six months. How can he do this when I wasn't driving at the time?
- I got stopped for running a red light. These cops knew of my drug history so they searched my car. They found some coke inside the little fuel filler door. Problem is: I don't know how they got there. I'm thinking of taking a plea. No one is going to believe me.
- I got arrested just for standing next to a friend who is a dealer. I didn't even know he was carrying drugs. The cops called me a "lookout" even though I didn't say or do anything. Am I cooked?
