I got stopped for running a red light. The cops knew I had a drug history, so they searched my car and found some coke inside the little fuel filter door. I don't know how it got there but no one will believe me. I'm thinking of taking a plea.
It's a little soon to throw in the towel. So who did put the drugs there? Do you have a theory? A name? A person with a motive? You see, anyone can put the drugs there if the fuel door does not lock from the inside of the car. Was your car like that? If so, it would be easy for anyone to put them there. If you have a suspect who did it, why not fight it? All you need is to convince one juror. The prosecutor needs to convince all 12.
