Arrests And Searches
  All States
My girlfriend had me arrested for slapping her around. She remembers it differently now, and will sign papers. Can I get a factual innocence order to clean my record?

Probably not, if you really did that. It will not matter that she tells a different story now in most cases. If the objective facts (such as police photos of her lip bleeding) show that something DID happen, then all the "proof" to the contrary that you produce now will not change the judge's decision. He will still have before him evidence that would prevent his finding that "no reasonable person would think you guilty."
