A little over two years ago I was arrested on marijuana charges. Since it was my first offense, I received a fine and an adjournment on contemplation of dismissal with the condition if I stayed out of trouble for six months there would be no criminal record. I applied for a county job recently and they said they were going to investigate my criminal record. It's been over two years. Why do I have a record?

I went to the corner to buy some coke. I asked the guy if he was a cop and he said no. After I bought the stuff, he arrested me. Can I beat the charge because he lied?

I bought some drugs on the street and the police arrested me but not the guy I bought from. What gives?

I was arrested at a location known as an "open air drug market." The police raided the place while I was there and I was found to have drugs on me. I was only charged with possession, but the police didn’t arrest the man who sold them to me. What is going on? Why didn’t he get arrested?
