Drug Crimes
  All States
The cops came to my home with a search warrant and found a large stash of cocaine and cash in a box in my closet. The police report said they recovered $12,000 in cash, but there was $20,000, so they stole my money. Isn’t this enough to get the case thrown out?

Most probably not, unless you expect the police to admit to it. Assuming they did steal part of your cash, do you really want to testify that you had $20,000 in drug money instead of $12,000? How is that going to help your case? It will only convince the judge that you are an even bigger dealer than the police say you are.
