Do I have a right to a jury trial?
In most jurisdictions, you do not have a right to have a jury trial as a juvenile. In some states for certain specific offenses, minors are entitled to juries. Some states allow for "special juries" to act as a fact-finder for the court. The general rule is that juveniles are not entitled to jury trials, unless they are transferred to adult court for trial.
