Even though I am a minor, can I be transferred from juvenile court to be handled in adult court?

Yes. All states have laws setting forth when a minor can be transferred from juvenile court to adult court to be tried as an adult. Some states have automatic transfer laws when minors are charged with very serious offenses. Other states have minimum ages when transfer rules apply.
