What rights do I have in juvenile court?

You have the right to have an attorney defend you at all stages of the proceedings and if you cannot afford an attorney, one will be appointed to represent you. You have the right to have a trial. You have the right to confront and cross examine any witnesses who may be called against you. You have the right to issue subpoenas and have witnesses brought into court on your behalf. You have the right against self-incrimination which means you would not have to take the witness stand unless you choose to do so.
