If I am in juvenile hall and a probation officer wants to question me about what happened, can the probation officer use my statements against me in court?
If a probation officer advises you of your Miranda rights and tells you that anything you say to them can be used against you in a court of law, your statements can be used against you. The best thing to do is not to discuss what happened with anyone until you can talk to an attorney.
