If I get my juvenile record sealed, do I have to disclose my true findings or the fact that I had my record sealed?
No. The purpose in getting your record sealed is keep the whole world from knowing that you ever had trouble as a juvenile. You can lawfully say you never had your record sealed. Most states permit records to be opened should any question arise as to what occurred as a juvenile, but only you are allowed to do so.
