How long will I be on probation?
This depends on the offense, the state's laws and on how well you do on probation. As with most of Juvenile Court law, the Court has extraordinary discretion to shape a disposition that suits the minor and the crime. You could be on probation for just a year, or three, or it may be extended if you are not doing well. The Court could sentence you to three years of probationary supervision, but then you do so well, it terminates probation and court supervision after only one.
