I have had large monthly charges put onto my credit card that I never authorized. It is the same amount every month. I didn't even notice it the first two months, as I thought my husband had charged something. What's going on?

I got my bank account raided by someone who managed to get hold of my PIN for my ATM card. I don't know how that could have happened. I've never told anyone that number and never lost my ATM card either.

Someone applied for credit cards in my name and besides being dunned by collection agencies, my credit is ruined. How can they do this, and why can't I clear my credit card when I did nothing wrong?
