Testimony by several witnesses may be contradictory. Isn’t that perjury?
If a person deliberately lies under oath, he or she commits perjury. The fact that one witness’ testimony "seems to contradict" another witness (remember the OJ trial?) does not mean that a witness is committing perjury. Some contradictions are based on different interpretations of evidence or different recollections of events.
