How a DUI/DWI Lawyer Can Help

Washington, DC DUI Convictions:

First Offense: 

Jail:  Up to 90 days.

Fine:  Range from $300 to $1,000.

License Revocation:  6 months.


Second Offense: 

Jail:  Up to 1 year.

Fine:  Range from $1,000 to $5,000.

License Revocation:  1 year.

Ignition Interlock Device (IID):  The court may order you to have an IID installed on your vehicle for a certain period of time, and at your expense.


Third Offense:

High BAC: 0.20%
